For coaches + course creators running live workshops

Most people running workshops are losing 75% of their audience before they even log in to zoom

Not because their content isn't good or people aren't interested but Because nobody taught them how to get people there live… until now

People buy from people so when Get someone into your workshop live and half your job is already done.

One of my clients had 65 people sign up to her workshop & 45 showed up live (69%). 8 people had signed up before she'd even finished the session.

Not because she hard-sold them, but because they were in the room, in the energy, with her.

That's what live does that nothing else can replicate.

It's easy to tell yourself people will watch the replay (and some will) but the live energy is what moves people fast… the questions, the spontaneous moments, the feeling of being in something together.

Replays are passive whereas coming live is a conversation and conversations move people to being SuperFans and then into becoming clients.

And here's the thing about the people who don't show up: they wanted to be there.

They signed up because something in your topic caught them at exactly the right moment and they said yes.

They just need help holding onto that intention when life fills up around it - a busy Tuesday, a forgotten calendar, a notification they missed. That's all it takes to lose them.

The coaches getting 70%, 80%, 90% in the room aren't running more compelling workshops but they just doing 3 things you probably aren't doing yet, because nobody showed you…until now!

3 strategies to boost your workshop ā€˜show up rate’ I use & teach to my clients (which you’re about to steal):

1. Get them there

The Google Calendar hack that automatically adds your event to their calendar the second they sign up plus how to send a personal reminder to everyone who hasn't confirmed yet.

2. Start the conversation

What I add to every sign-up form (takes 10 seconds) and what I do so that people feel like they already know me before the workshop even starts.

3. Continue the conversation

The one thing I save exclusively for people who show up live and how I deliver it in a way that keeps the conversation going long after the workshop ends.
