How I Generated £60K in Launch Revenue (And Secured £15K Monthly)

Last September, I did something that felt utterly insane - I launched both a mastermind and a mini mind program simultaneously, generating £60K in revenue.

Even more incredibly, this secured £15K in monthly revenue for the next six months. To be totally honest, this time last year, I could never have imagined saying that to you.

This wasn't where I started though. Just a year ago, I was running two one-to-one offers, endlessly trying to bring in new clients, and constantly feeling like I was running to keep up with myself. I knew my revenue for maybe three months ahead, but it always felt precarious. That hustle was exhausting, and I knew something had to change.

A lovely client recently commented that watching me run my business gives her whiplash - everything seems to move at record pace with so much happening at once. And yes, launching a mastermind and mini mind simultaneously probably isn't standard business advice! But there's actually been months of strategic groundwork laying the foundation for what looked like a spontaneous decision.

In this blog, we'll dive deep into:

  • The four-month preparation that made this launch possible

  • How I shifted from endless client acquisition to consistent revenue

  • The strategic decisions behind launching two programs

  • My exact approach to audience building and messaging

  • Why some 'failures' actually became my biggest selling points

  • The reality of running multiple offers simultaneously

1. The Foundation: A Four-Month Strategic Build

This wasn't an overnight success (despite what it might have looked like from the outside).

The groundwork started way back in April, when I began making significant shifts in my business approach.

Let me walk you through the key preparation steps that made this possible:

  1. Shifted my ad copy from targeting complete beginners to people who'd had success but were struggling to replicate it

  2. Created new lead magnets focused on scaling and business growth

  3. Adjusted social media to showcase more behind-the-scenes of business growth

  4. Built a targeted audience of ambitious, ready-to-scale business owners

  5. Tested pre-launch offers to validate the concept

2. The Initial Launch Strategy

My initial plan focused solely on the mastermind launch.

I started with a pre-sale in July, running it for just 10 days with some juicy early-bird incentives like extended payment plans, additional group coaching calls, and a free space at my in-person mastermind day.

This pre-sale strategy worked brilliantly - three previous clients jumped in straight away. It was perfect actually, as I didn't want to sell too many spots at the early-bird rate. Plus, having those first few clients gave my confidence a massive boost.

3. Why I Added a Second Program Mid-Launch

This is where it gets interesting (and slightly terrifying). After running my 'Inevitable' event with 60 attendees, I noticed something crucial. Many people weren't quite ready for the mastermind, but they were perfect for something else. That's when the mini mind concept crystallised.

I remember voice noting my coach, questioning whether I was being absolutely insane to create a second offer. Was I just acting from fear? Was I diluting my mastermind? Would this confuse people?

But here's the thing - this wasn't actually a snap decision. It was filling that gap I'd identified months ago between my Audience Builder course at £197 and my ROAR program at £3000. The timing just felt right.

4. The Messaging That Actually Worked

Here's what really resonated with my audience - and this surprised me.

It wasn't the polished, perfect strategy that sold. It was sharing my journey, including:

  • The various business models I'd tried (and sometimes failed at)

  • Times I'd scaled and burned out

  • Revenue dips while restructuring

  • Lessons learned from each 'failure'

5. Launch Results In Detail

The final numbers tell an interesting story.

The mastermind started with three pre-launch sales, and though September felt nerve-wracking with no additional sales, October brought three more clients, filling all six available spots.

The mini mind launch began with a flurry - three sign-ups in the first few days - then went quiet. I had to really hold my nerve. In the end, we landed at eight incredible members (with two spots held for January), which actually worked perfectly for my delivery capacity.

6. The Superfan System Success

The biggest testament to my superfan system? I grew my audience for four months without immediate sales pressure.

Instead, I focused on:

  • Nurturing genuine connections

  • Providing consistent value

  • Building a community

  • Creating anticipation for future offers

This meant when I launched both programs - even simultaneously - I had an audience ready and waiting to see what was next.

7. The Reality Check

Let's be totally honest - launching two programs at once probably isn't business advice I'd give to others. However, I've learned to trust my gut and my intuition. The key was having those foundations absolutely solid before making what looked like a snap decision.

The launch secured £15K monthly revenue for the next six months, but more importantly, it proved that sustainable scaling is possible without the constant hustle for new clients.

For those considering their own launch strategy, remember this: what looks like fast movement on the surface often has months of careful foundation-building underneath. It's a bit like a Titanic - sometimes the most important shifts happen slowly, deliberately, and with clear direction.

Whether you're planning a launch for January or looking ahead to Q1, focus first on growing the right audience. That foundation will give you the freedom to trust your intuition and launch offers that genuinely excite you - because you'll have people ready and waiting to join you.

Building Your Own Launch Foundation

Whether you're planning a massive launch or just starting to think about scaling your business, one thing is crystal clear - you need a consistent way to reach your ideal clients. My entire £60K launch success started with strategically building my audience over several months.

And honestly? It all began with mastering those foundational ad strategies that brought perfect-fit clients into my world every single day. That's exactly why I'm so passionate about teaching others how to do the same.
