what happens when you stop white-knuckling your offer
Client A had an agency, a course and a membership. Pretty good revenue. Looked great on the outside. In reality she was undercharging in the course, growing the membership only during exhausting launches, relying on constant selling to keep the agency ticking over, and always on with very little recurring revenue she could actually relax into.
She tried fixing it. Evergreen funnels, price tweaks, a cash injection offer. Revenue went up. And still she couldn't breathe.
So instead of tinkering, she made the braver call. Paused new enrolments to the membership. Stopped relaunching the course. Went all in on one high touch, high ticket offer with clients committing for a full year.
She hit her goal. Hired her ops manager. And finally had the mental space to build the rest of her business without the constant noise of whether the revenue was coming in.
Client T had a group programme that clients loved and that was growing fast. Too fast for the structure underneath it to hold. She was running weekly workshops her clients couldn't keep up with, doing sales calls with every vague enquiry, and keeping legacy clients on at rates that were spreading her too thin.
