what happens when you have a scalable offer
alice had an agency, a course and a membership.
Pretty good revenue & everything looked great on the outside.
In reality she was undercharging, launching to exhaustion, and always on with very little recurring revenue she could actually relax into.
She tried fixing it…evergreen funnels, price tweaks, a cash injection offer. Revenue went up but she still couldn't breathe.
So she made the braver call.
Paused the membership, stopped relaunching the course & went all in on one high ticket offer with clients committing for a full year.
