About Sophie Griffiths, scaling strategist and Meta ads specialist
My favourite problem to solve
You're making good money. Your clients get brilliant results. And your business still somehow needs you to be switched on, in launch mode, and holding it all together… all of the time.
It's not a crisis. It's just... a lot. And you're ready for it to feel different.
That's my favourite problem to solve.
Hi, I’m Sophie
Scaling strategist, Meta ads specialist, and genuinely obsessed with how good your business gets to feel when the structure is right.
I work with established women coaches, consultants and course creators to build scalable six-figure businesses using Meta ads, offer strategy, and the SuperFans System. UK-based, working with clients across the UK, Australia, Ireland, Canada and the US.
From British Airways to building a six-figure scaling business
I came from nine years at British Airways & went on maternity leave as Head of Premium at Heathrow, running a team of 350 and managing the full experience for our highest-value customers, including a dedicated team for celebrity and royal movements. Which is exactly as chaotic as it sounds & loved it (which probably explains a lot about me).
Then I was made redundant while I was on maternity leave. (yeah, I kno...!)
Most scaling problems aren't marketing problems - they're structural ones
What changed when I fixed the foundations?
Once I fixed those three things in my own business, everything changed. Multi-six figures. A proper team. Holidays where I actually switched off. Pete (my husband) going part-time because the business could genuinely support that.
In 2025, one offer hit six figures while I lived my actual life alongside it.
That's what I help other women do inside Outrageous and the Lionhearted CEO Mastermind and I'm quite outrageously enthusiastic about it.
What followed was a few unglamorous years of figuring it out… learning social media management with Digital Mums & then moving on to Facebook ads training in a pandemic with a two-month-old. Some of it was life-changing. Some of it was very expensive and mostly useless. All of it taught me what I actually needed to know.
Most scaling problems aren't marketing problems - they're structural ones. The offer isn't designed to hold the volume. The demand isn't building without you. The sales rhythm only works when you're in full launch mode, every single month.
By the numbers
Not bad for someone who genuinely had no idea what she was doing in 2018, eh?
-

£600k revenue generated
-

500+ paying clients supported
-

15+ offers launched (kept the best ones)
-

27 in-person events organised
-

200+ hours of free content, because some things should just be free
-

And approximately 10,000 cups of tea
If I wasn't doing this, I'd be running a café. One where I've thought too hard about the cups, the bread is exceptional, the sweet options are genuinely dangerous, and the playlist is completely non-negotiable.
Tea is always on. Strong, in a nice mug. Chocolate at room temperature — not a discussion I'm willing to have.
Two girls, one husband (Pete, part-time, biggest cheerleader, annoyingly supportive), ADHD diagnosis in 2022 that explained rather a lot, and a brain that is happiest when it's learning something new or helping someone have a breakthrough.
So, what else do you need to know about me?

Sophie is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, but also lovely to work with, and still helps me out if I ever have any questions. And the best thing about Sophie is her honesty.
